How long does it take to build a website?

A website typically takes up to 3 months from contract signed to launch. We find that because client’s have to still run a business while providing us with the content and feedback needed, the time it takes to complete a website takes longer than if we have all the content upfront from the beginning.

Will I be able to manage my own website when its built?

Yes, you will be able to manage your own website once it has launched and the project is concluded. We provide the client with 14 days of support post-launch as well as the training needed to be able to keep your website running smoothly.

Can I still get support about my website has launched?

Yes. The Bloc Studio offers on-going support after the 14 days of post launch support has expired. This is billed at an hourly rate, or the client can opt in for a monthly support package where we keep the website running smoothly ourselves.

How much does a WordPress website cost?

A website varies in cost depending on the size and requirements. The price is determined once we have an idea of scope provided by the client.

Do I have to host with The Bloc Studio?

No. You do not have to host your website with The Bloc Studio in order to get a new website. If you are with another provider, we will work on the new WordPress website where it is hosted.

Will my website look good on all devices?

Yes. Your website will look good across all devices. We build with responsiveness in mind to make sure that the website scales according to screen size and provides the user with the best experience.

Can I track my website on Google Analytics?

Yes, you can track your website on Google Analytics. We also set your website up with Search Console which shows even more data about what keywords and phrases your uses typed in when they found your website.

Does my website need to be compliant?

Yes, your website needs to be compliant according to your local laws. We build the compliance pages into your quote and website so that your website is seen as legal, compliant and creates trust with your users.
